Amazing Brand
I absolutely love all of Mama Birds vitamins. They are a brand that I know I can trust and makes quality vitamins. Took this DHA all through my pregnancy and have been taking it now as I breastfeed my baby. They are a fairly small size and easy to take also no fishy after taste or burps which is a plus!!

Best fish oil supplements I’ve ever came across
I am 22 1/2 weeks pregnant with my first baby and after reading the reviews for this product I decided to try it. I can’t take regular supplements due to them making me nauseous because they’re too big. However, after taking these I have nothing but positive things to say about this product. There’s no fishy taste, they are super small ,easy to take, and they don’t make me sick at all. This is my second time ordering and I have nothing but positive things to say about this product.

Worth it!
Have been taking these for over a year now through pregnancy and now postpartum and I feel like they support my bodies extra needs. Especially with breastfeeding! Would recommend! Also love that they are small pills because I have trouble swallowing the huge prenatals out there. Worth the money for sure!

Flavorless!
These were some of the best prenatals I’ve ever tried! Usually I get the worst stomachache and nausea but not with these! No flavor and easy to swallow! I also like they have fish oil because it’s really good for you but usually can’t take anything with it because of how sick it makes me but with these I didn’t get sick from them! Definitely worth it!
