Very good slicer perfect for the sourdough bread making. I added a little pusher guided by the base board. I just love the slicer.

Awful! Destroys the load of bread. Wheel slides down bread causing uneven slice. Level won’t stay in place for thickness of bread so slices won’t fully come out! Don’t buy this provide!

This makes cutting bagels much easier and safer. Roll cutting is a little easier, I don't make homemade bread so I can't comment on that. The suction cups on the bottom work really well on my counters & table. It doesn't move when used.

Great little slicer. Makes my loaves go further.

Poor quality. I used it for 3/4 of one loaf and the finish was worn off in several places. The cutting structure is so flimsy wobbles when you crank it. Not sure how long it will be before it breaks or pulls through the wooden base. It cuts fine but the design of this type cutter forces the bread to snake to the right. (See picture - I added a line to it to show the path)It fractures the crust to do so resulting in crumbs everywhere. It does cut nice consistent slices though. Just not worth the mess or likely poor lifespan. While it does take up counter space, it is no more than a cutting board. The suction cup feet do a good job of holding it to the counter.

I love this bread slicer. I have started making bread at home and this makes it so easy to cut slices easily and whatever size you need.
