These are similar to kidney beans I understand. They are that same size and shape, but a different color. I generally just get black beans because of cost though. Its really your choice.

Yay-NO BPA lining in the can. Fresh taste, not salty. Organic and Ready to go. Very convenient (no need for soaking) Liked trying out this variety of bean (soft texture, smaller size) instead of my usual choice of chickpeas/kidney beans.
