I bought this back in May and have it attached to my pond filter and then to my water fall box. I debated whether to leave my water fall hooked up this winter and decided to try it and see. This tubing exceeded my expectations as it’s been in the single digits and my pond is still flowing smooth. Water did not freeze inside these tubes. They are thick and heavy duty, you can flex it some but I’m looking for heavy duty and if you try to bend it in half it pops right back out. It fit perfectly into my pond fittings but I upgraded to a better metal clamp system than what came with the hoses.

I was using the regular black pond tubing but I dont like them, I left one in the sun on a 100 degree day and it warped beyond usage. The ones that I was able to use get very stiff after a while. I tried these ones instead and it works much better for me. Doesn't get still and brittle like the black version of pond tubing. I wish it was a little cheaper but it is what it is. Eventually I want to get more for my other ponds to replace the black tubing.

Heavy duty hose. Used in a new drain line from washing machine. The hose has horrible chemical odor, so may not be food safe
