I purchased this physical therapy arm bike on Amazon as part of my recovery, and I truly can’t recommend it enough. As someone who is partially paralyzed, finding equipment that is both accessible and effective can be challenging—but this has exceeded my expectations. The resistance is smooth and adjustable, which allows me to gradually build strength without overexerting myself. I love that I can use it from a seated position, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Even on days when mobility is more limited, I’m still able to get movement in, which has made a huge difference in my progress and overall confidence. It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and doesn’t take up much space. Most importantly, it gives me a sense of independence in my therapy that I didn’t have before. If you’re going through rehabilitation or need a gentle, effective way to stay active, this is absolutely worth it. And it's affordable!

I don't like being critical in reviews and try to state something good about a product even though I'm not satisfied with it. This Arm Bike is the exception. After opening it up, I stuck it to the table (I thought) and began turning it. I first noticed that it was way too easy to turn and I needed to tighten it up. When I attempted to turn the knob even though I was holding on to the unit, the seal broke free from the table. I then realized that it was set as tight as it could go. I can't imagine who would find this helpful in building strength after breaking any bone never mind the humorous bone. I'm not going to try anymore and have decided to join a fitness club so that I can work out with professional equipment.

This product works as expected, except that it’s difficult to get to stick to the table. Once it’s Sticks, it’s a great product. We are using for my daughter in love that sustained a massive stroke. We are hoping that using this product will help her to regain the use of her left arm. So far it’s been pretty easy to use strapping her hand to the left handle with Velcro straps. We are hoping to strengthen her shoulder and keep everything circulating and flowing in that arm as well, as teaching her brain that she still needs to move it. Easy to use a great product.

I absolutely love this product. I use it to continue physical therapy at home. Sticks well on kitchen counter top once wiped with a damp towel and locks in place.

I hesitated to purchase this after reading some of the reviews. I have been using an arm bike after a shoulder injury during my PT visits and wanted one for home. This seemed to be the only one that was just for the arms as opposed to ones primarily for legs that as an after thought you could also use for arms. They also required assembly. This is simple, straightforward and specific to my needs. I have no issues, and as I said above it works for me.

If you are a very weak invalid, this might work well. My husband is 80, tires easily, and has arthritic shoulders, so I thought this would be good exercise, but even with tension as tight as possible, it was too easy. The suction cup released after a few turns on a wooden table surface, but did secure better on a countertop.
