If you have the basic knowledge of how to use a hair dryer and a flat iron there's no way you shouldn't be able to do this yourself. Just follow the directions. Don’t improvise. Also the hair mask and argon oil sample they give you in the package are AMAZING! Shampoo and conditioner are good but nothing different than others IMO. I Followed instructions on box, except I didn’t wash for two days and I didn’t use any rubber bands or clips and kept my hair straight as much as possible (not behind my ears or pushed back with sunglasses). Used the sample shampoo and conditioner and blow dried like normal, came out perfect, no need to flat iron and hair is so soft and smooth. I’m kinda disappointed because this specific product (meaning it’s small packaging and small products) from this brand is not meant for longer thicker hair. Actual product review: The smell is okay to me kinda smelled like waffles almost……… but, the fumes. Boy, they were strong and intense.
