I've seen a few pros make videos using this training aid and I was excited to try it myself. I think this tool is better suited for men or smaller chested women. As a larger chested golfer, I feel as if I'm already competing with my bosom and to throw this gadget into the mix made the swing feel very awkward. I have seen this in action by others and it works well and provides the intended results. For me, it did not. I ordered other training aids that didn't need to be positioned in front of my body that worked well. I would still recommend this device but as I stated, not for larger chested women.
