We were gifted one of these off our registry and it worked so well we bought another in case of spit up and other messes. Our daughter loves having her hands out of traditional swaddles as well as having her arms up. We tried this one when she was a week old and we haven’t used any other swaddles since. She sleeps longer and more sound in this. It helps with her startle reflex and keeps her calm. We love that it comes in organic cotton as well. Having the little bit of stretch allows her to be comfy cozy but also gives her the ability to suck on her hand while in the swaddle. She likes to kick her legs and this lets her do that. It is a bit pricey, especially compared to a swaddle blanket or the Velcro swaddles but totally worth it if it works.
