They are a lovely material, super quality and worth every penny spent. They are thick and block out plenty of light when used with blinds behind them. Love these curtains. Very cute in daughters room, high quality and well lined but have beautiful cut out stars. Would need a blind if you want total blackout but the stars make it feel cosy like a night light in day time so we quite like it 😊
