Very well built machine with a smooth ride. Will do the claimed 28mph even with me being 250+ pounds. Motor isn't super powerful with tons of torque, but is more than adequate to do the job as it will climb a decent incline with enough momentum. Unit is definitely feature rich with inflatable tires, 2 disk breaks, and even signal and break lights. Conclusion: Great beginner level scooter for a heavier rider or one who carries weight with a backpack. Unit has a decent range even with the smaller battery pack. Super smooth ride with pneumatic tires and adjustable front and rear suspension. Dual mechanical disk breaks for plenty of stopping power. Great features such as signal lights, break lights and forward facing light is nice and bright. Display is large easy to read and understand. Only cons is motor is great and will suffice. Will most definitely hit the 28mph mark, just a lil lackluster in acceleration and overall speed. Units weight comes in around 66 pounds. Overall a very well made machine that has nice features. As far as durability? Idk only time will tell. But so far has been great. If had a more powerful motor then would be phenomenal, at least in the 40mph range. Price wise overall not toooo bad

I had this for a while now. Paid for it while my wife was asleep XD. I ride it every day and night in town. no problems what so ever. Fast charging battery life is still good. It is made very well to go off road. Unbeliveably fun to ride. And folds up easly to fit in the car Easy to set up and ride. Only problem now is i want a faster one lol

Great scooter. I use it as my primary transportation every day. This has been a game changer with the power this scooter has, I can climb almost any hill and maintain speed or even accelerate on hills less then 20degree slope. Super fun to ride.

Its a good scooter, got thr 1200w 48v 13amp hr, after taxes and everything it was $529 which isn't bad! Spent $60 on a dampener, highly recommend, but here's some cons.....im 6'3" 260, max speed o cam reach on straight away not hills is 24mph, slight down hill I can get 31mph and thats on setting 3. Miles for range is waaaaay off from what is "stated" speeds 1 and 2 im able to get 15 miles per charge, of im in speed 3 the entire time I get 7 miles. I have put 70 miles on it since July 11th so the range isnt the greatest, top speed isn't true but still a good scooter! Full suspension is nice, lights are bright! Horns loud! It is heavy tho and can get speed wobbles easily. Do recommend for beginners but just be warned about the miles! My wife is half my size and got up to 32mph on a very slight down hill

My son absolutely loves this scooter, super easy to get together out of the box and he loves the blinkers and horn it has!! We would definitely purchase this again!

2 months in - The brakes on the front don’t fully work which is terrifying considering the speed this scooter moves.. I reached out to customer support as to a fix they suggested tightening a tiny bolt ( which has already fallen off) on the interior and took a month to mail it. No instructions on how to even put the bot on if it had completely come off. Now it won’t charge consistently. Sometimes it does. Sometimes it doesn’t. The latest problem the tire valve or tire fill came out completely, rendering the tire permanently flat. I’m at a loss and frustrated . It was a pricy scooter- the brakes failed, it has stopped charging and it costs more to return than to keep For obvious reasons I’m at the end of my rope. When I contacted customer support they said I was out of the “30 day return and warranty window”. Even though I began contacting them about brake failure within the window and they took so long to mail out the replacement parts- possibly intentionally as to push it outside of the return window.

I’m really impressed with this electric scooter because it arrived in great condition and feels well built. I’ve been using it for a 1 or 2 months now and I haven’t had any issues with it. The acceleration is smooth, the brakes respond quickly, and it feels really smooth to ride because of the good quality suspension. The battery life also lasts long. Overall, it’s definitely worth the money and I’m really happy with it.
