Effective knee support
This tape really works on protecting my knees and keeping them secure. I feel little to no pain when they are taped. when properly taped, the tape lasts for four days. I follow the directions on the box and cut the tape to have two pieces on my knee. The first is to position my knee correctly and the second is for support. To me this tape is better than the knee sleeves.

habe mit dem tapen angefangen, als ich schmerzen hatte beim sport. halten bei guter "pflege" bis zu einer woche. die farben sind grossartig. und man kann das selber sehr gut machen, es gibt tolle videos auf youtube! bestelle immer wieder!
