I loved this product. Within the very first few weeks, I noticed increased energy throughout the day and improved performance during my workouts. It has also helped me regain strength and support muscle mass growth when combined with a healthy diet and exercise. The taste is pleasant, it mixes well, and it doesn't feel heavy on my stomach.

I had this powder before. And while I did my research on creatine I didn’t do enough. I had the peach flavor my first order and it was okay. This time around I ordered the pink lemonade and this one is sooo much better. It does taste like the country time but pink lemonade like a lot of ladies have said on here. So the first time around I took it for around a week and was getting headaches and stomachaches. I was getting painfully dehydrated. I just didn’t know what I was doing and again didn’t do my research. I’m now a bodybuilder and powerlifter with more knowledge. I couldn’t stop thinking about this stuff and decided to try again. I train my glutes three times a week and could really use the boost. So far so good no complaints here! Dissolves well and tastes pretty good. I will say it’s tart but that’s not a problem for me. Very happy, will order more. I had to come back and edit my review. MY GOODNESS! This stuff right here! I was not blessed with the large bum gene that runs in my family and thought I was eternally doomed to have a pancake back there. But then I was recommended this stuff by good ol Amazon. It hasn’t even been a full month yet and the difference is insane. This stuff, in conjunction with working my glutes 3x per week has caused ‘em insane results. I can’t help but look back there every time I pass a mirror. I’m still working on fat loss so I haven’t entered my bulking season yet and already my glutes are GROWING. I have the strawberry açaí for the inositol and that flavor is yummy, if anyone was considering it. The powder puts in the most work on my glutes but it helps support and grow ALL of my muscles. Again, I’m still in a deficit and I’m looking pretty jacked already thanks to this stuff. 10/10

I ordered after some research and hearing from favorite trainers the benefits of creatine. I like that this one includes BCAAs for post-workout recovery. It’s my first time trying creatine and I ordered the pink lemonade. The powder dissolved quickly and the flavor is spot on so it’s actually enjoyable! Will be reordering for sure. I’d love if the seller could reach out to me about whatever “surprise” was to gain from texting the number on the lid. Unfortunately my family is stationed overseas, and I have a European phone number. I did text but received no response.

This is a good creatine for those of you that are on the fitness journey. It really mixes well no clumps. The flavor could be good for some, but not for others for me. Personally, I do not care for it but it’s not bad either it just tastes like lemonade. it does not cause any bloating for stomach issues for me and I am really sensitive to my stomach so this is a good thing for those with sensitive tummies. I recommend this product if you are working out and trying to grow your glutes or your legs make sure you accompany this product with exercise and correct Diet in order for you to see results. Overall it is a great product and you will see results with constant use and consistent exercise

I’ve been taking this stuff for couple of weeks now. The lemonade flavor taste great It mixes well But I don’t see much different in my body and I’ve been working out 5 days a week

This peach creatine is easily one of the best tasting supplements I have tried. It has an amazing flavor profile and the powder dissolves quite well without leaving that annoying gritty residue at the bottom of the glass. I also really love the bright color of the drink which just makes the whole experience a bit more fun. Because I manage POTS, I actually started mixing this directly with my electrolytes. It blends perfectly and makes it much easier to stay on top of my hydration throughout the day. I did experience some initial bloating which seems to happen to me with most creatine brands. To handle that, I went back down to a half scoop for two weeks to let my system adjust before I successfully moved back up to the full 5mg dose. This slow and steady approach worked perfectly for me and I highly recommend it if you have a sensitive stomach.

I spent hours looking for a creatine option based on reviews. I can’t tell you how many things I’ve tried that were OK & tolerable but definitely not good. I could see me looking forward to this during a hard core cut as my “treat”, I actually really really like this! Whoever said it tastes like country time lemonade is spot on. So glad my hubby bought me this to try!

This is the first creatine I’ve taken as a woman that doesn’t give me stomach issues. It tastes just like lemonade. It’s been giving me great results. The only complaint I have is that it gives a weird after taste and smell in your mouth. My boyfriend complained for weeks about me smelling like rubber. It took me a while to realize it was my breath from the creatine. Of course when I realized It I started to taste it too. It’s the best working one I’ve had so far so that makes up for it. I have to carry listerine strips with me.
