The color was exactly as pictured. They are hard to get on because of my high instep but once on they are very comfortable. Some of the pictures online show a zipper. These did not have a zipper. I'm sure it would have been helpful. I'm hopeful they will be comfortable to swear all day. I have a little bit of a wide foot. I wear size 9 in most of my shoes. My other pair of cowboy boots are Laredos and are an 8.5.
