Great & Efficient Slicer!
Extremely impressed! This knife cut thick & razor this slices that fell easily away from the blade. Sharp, quick and a great addition to my collection of kitchen knives. I tried it with hard and soft cheeses and it worked so well, I brought the cheese board out to my wife to try it and she agreed. Great price also as it is probably the least expensive knife I own but now a favorite.

Absolutely excellent!
Sure glad I didn't read the negative reviews! I have another Wusthof knife I have used for decades. And the genuine quality of my new cheese knife tells me I'll be slicing cheese for years to come. And yes, it DOES cut cheese better than any knife I've ever had!

Quality that is grossly overpriced.
Grossly overpriced, but German-made and quality speaks. Cuts cheeses effortlessly, slices do not stick to blades, easy to clean. Doesn't fit standard knife block.

Not what I was expecting …
I’m confused about these 5 star reviews on this particular $75 Wüsthof cheese knife. Have you ever owned a Wüsthof knife? The first thing you notice is how light the knife is. Inspecting the knife you realize that it doesn’t even have a full tang but a half one. This blade feels so cheap. Unless I’m wrong and this is secretly made of titanium, I’m sending this back. In this case, you’re paying for the name.

Old Wusthof logo!!
The knife I received has the old stamped Wusthof logo, not the new imprinted logo as shown in the picture advertisement. Sending back for refund.

Well made, and feels good in the hand
Despite the Poor Reviews I selected this knife as something I wanted for Christmas. My Son was able to order it but receive it after Christmas. Not a problem for me at all. I really think the people that left the Poor Reviews might re think what they wrote. This knife is not cheap in the hand by any means. The blade goes thru the handle, hence the 3 rivets holding it. It is not a glued up piece of crap. Feels good in the hand. I am a Retired Meatcutter...I know knives and the feel in the hand. The blade is quite sharp. Cheese falls off the blade just fine....IF THE CHEESE IS ROOM TEMPERATURE AS IT SHOULD BE.... Many people do not know that. I am pleased with this knife and it is fairly priced. I wanted the $80.00 Cutco...but he could not get it in time for Christmas. Yes good quality Knives are not cheap nor cheaply made. They will last you a lifetime if you take care of them. I will be making a Sheath for this knife to protect the blade.

BOM, MAS CARO
Produto é bom, mas não faz nada que uma Tramontina de 30 reais faria. Cabo coo o m material leve e sem boa pegada
