Good stuff
Phosphatidylserine keeps me awake if I take it at night. However, when I take in the morning it is a miracle worker for me. Daytime stress much lower, mental clarity much higher and I sleep better as a result.

This works!! It works incrediiiiiiiiiibly well. I was really blown away. I have a soy allergy and am estrogen dominant, and was hoping that because it was a soy derivative, it wouldn’t result in a reaction. However I did have one and had to return. Wish I could keep taking it.
