Absolutely love this catio! The instructions were very clear. It feels solid once it’s mounted to the wall. It’s a great value for the price and the prefabricated pieces were put together well. I swapped the side panels so I could have the door on the side that wasn’t next to the wall and the instructions were clear enough that I could figure out how to make that work. I paired the catio with a doggy door window panel so my cat can go in and out as he likes. I love how tall this catio is. The height made putting this against the wall with the window possible. I also like the metal mesh of the walls. It allows plenty of light to still come through the window.

This catio is absolutely amazing. I put it together in just a few hours (by myself while "gardening") and all you really need is a good electric screw driver or drill and some patience. The instructions were easy to follow. My only complaint is that not all of the pieces were marked. I modified it just a bit. I reinforced the staples in a few places and added screen on the exterior to keep bugs out. I recommend adding chest handles if you want to move it. I built mine indoors and let the cats get used to it for about a week and then I moved it outside and let them enter from the window. The cats have never been outside but they love this cage. I used 2 wood pallets covered in astro turf rug under the cage to raise it up to the window. It has a really nice waterproof cover. I wouldn't recommend leaving it outdoors during the winter, but its sturdy.

For us, our cats are probably too old to get used to being caged up, even though the enclosure was placed outside. They freaked out and would crash against the walls to get out. So even though the idea is great, it’s probably for kittens or cats that are chill. Unfortunately, once assembled, I don’t know how we could return this, and the product itself is fine, so we will just try to sell to someone nearby.

Easy to assemble great step by step instructions

I got this installed in about three hours totally by myself. I added a few extra screws at the end for added stability and I I raised one shelf at the bottom up approx 6” so it was easier for the cats to jump down to the bottom from the window. I got some multipurpose sand and raised the area about 3 inches and put 4 x 16 bricks (x16) to set the area even and keep from animals digging in or out. I’m very glad I did because some strays have came up and they cannot get in. Me and my son can get in/out fairly easy, got to duck just a bit. I’m really glad it has the large door too. I dont care for the small doors everywhere and I screwed them all shut. I live in Oklahoma and we’ve had some high winds, tornadoes, and hail but there is no damage. Very pleased.

Our 2 cats love the Catio. They hang out there at night and watch everything like your watch dogs. They enjoy it all the time

I had high hopes for this catio but the wood is very flimsy. Putting the panels together you have to be very careful not to strip the screws and extremely gentle while moving pieces already put together or else you will snap it in half. I gave 2 cats that used the product lightly for 2 days and the jumping boards are already breaking (photos included). I was hoping this would at least last me a year until our new house was built but it's not looking good. Not sturdy, took 2 people 5 hours to put together due to hard to understand instructions, many steps had to be redone. Not worth what I paid but I have to keep it and make it would.

I am not one to give a back review unless absolutely necessary. We finished putting this together today 12/21/25. Truly disappointed 1.) Wood looks and feels cheap. 2.) The wire is very thin. If you live in an area with woods,coyotes,wild animals etc. Please reinforce this screen! 3.) The door and latches are very flimsy and very cheap. Reinforce these too!. I am replacing mine with better locks. I bought this thank goodness for indoors. Otherwise I wouldn't bother. In my honest opinion this was not worth the money I had to sacrifice in order to purchase it. Great for small indoor cats or indoor catio. I do not recommend for the outdoors.
