This oil really strengthens and nourishes my hair!
I’ve been using this oil for a few weeks, and my hair feels stronger and healthier. My scalp feels nourished, and I’ve noticed less breakage and more shine. It’s become a staple in my hair care routine.

Not ONLY pure Batana Oil
I ordered this because I was looking for Batana oil for my hair. After receiving it, I realized that it’s actually a blend containing Batana oil along with rosemary, castor, and pumpkin seed oils. I don’t mind the additional oils because they’re all commonly used for hair and scalp care, but the packaging can be a little confusing since it also says “100% Pure, Raw, and Unrefined Honduran Oil.” I would have preferred the ingredients and the fact that it’s a blend to be more clearly stated. I’m going to continue using it and see how my hair responds, but if you’re specifically looking for 100% pure Batana oil with no other oils added, keep in mind that this isn’t that.

Surprising results
I’m not sure how this compares to other hair oils because I do not use them often. However, I was satisfied with this hair oil enough to be willing to use the bottle until it’s empty. I don’t know if I would repurchase this again at $25 since the packaging is too generic and looks too similar to other brands. I question if the ingredients are genuine. The oil is very thin and has a greenish yellow tint, so I use the applicator tip that comes in the box to apply it directly to my scalp. I massage it in and leave it for at least 10 minutes before showering it out. The result is that my hair is then soft, and tangles less. The oil did not have any weird smells and then testing on my skin also did not feel weird or cause a reaction. I do not think this oil helped me with any pre-existing scalp itching (it does not claim to do that so that’s ok.)

Reviving My Hair in the busy hustle
I’m a guy in my mid-30s, navigating the chaos of corporate life, and I’ve been using hair oils for a while to keep my scalp happy and my hair looking decent. With all the stress of city living- pollution, late nights, and not always eating my best—my hair was starting to look a bit thin and dry. I’ve been using this batana oil blend with rosemary, castor, and pumpkin seed oils for about 10 weeks now, applying it 2-3 times a week. I usually massage a few drops into my scalp and through my hair after a shower, letting it sit for a couple of hours before rinsing, or sometimes leaving it in overnight if I’m feeling extra generous with hair care routine. This stuff has been a real MVP. The mix of oils feels super nourishing - my scalp doesn’t get that itchy, flaky vibe anymore, especially after a windy day trekking through Manhattan. My hair looks shinier and feels stronger, like it’s got more life to it, and I’ve noticed less shedding when I comb it out. The rosemary gives it a fresh, earthy smell that’s not too strong, which is great since I’m not trying to smell like a candle in a meeting. The 5oz bottle is generous and lasts forever, even with regular use, and I love that it’s 100% pure and unrefined, sourced from Honduras. It’s vegan and cruelty-free, which aligns with my push to use cleaner products. The dropper makes it easy to apply without making a mess, which is clutch in my tiny apartment bathroom. One thing to watch out for: it’s a heavier oil, so if you overdo it, your hair can look a bit greasy, especially if you’ve got finer hair like mine. I learned the hard way to start with just a few drops and build up if needed. Also, it takes a bit of time to rinse out completely, so plan ahead if you’re not leaving it in. I’ve seen some chatter online about batana oil needing to be used consistently for growth, and I’d agree—don’t expect overnight miracles, but stick with it. I’d recommend this to any city guy or gal looking to give their hair some love, especially if it’s feeling dry or damaged from urban life. It’s great for all hair types, and the natural ingredients make me feel good about what I’m putting on my scalp. If you’re patient and make it part of your routine, it’s a solid way to get stronger, healthier-looking hair. Just talk to a doc if you’ve got scalp issues or allergies, but for me, it’s been a keeper.

100% Pure Batana Oil Blend for Scalp and Hair Care, Cruelty-Free, Very Good Value.
I love Batana Oil for hydrating my hair and scalp. it also makes my hair more manageable by making it softer and frizz free after a blow dry. This product takes 100% pure Batana oil and adds a little bit extra in the form of Rosemary and Pumpkin Seed oils. resulting in a clear, lightweight oil that is easy to disperse through the scalp and hair. To my nose, I can detect only a very light scent of Rosemary from the bottle, less scent detected after application on the scalp and hair. 30 minutes before shampooing I apply the oil and let it rest. Then shampoo; the oil is easily washed away leaving soft hair and a nourished scalp. Rosemary oil is purported to stimulate hair follicles by increasing blood flow in the scalp, helping hair growth. Pumpkin seed oil provides extra nutrients and strengthens hair follicles. While it will take some time for me to see those benefits, in the meantime, I can report that this Batana oil blend is kind to my hair and scalp, and leaves me with moisturized and healthy feeling hair. This oil is cruelty-free and gentle. It doesn't take much of it per application to scalp and hair so the bottle will last a good while. I think it is a good value for its pure ingredients and effective hair care.
