Great stand for general bike maintenance.
I received the Bikehand Pro stand and immediately put it to use. I will be honest up front, I have not found anything that I dislike about this stand so far. OK, I would have liked it to include a bag, but at this price point that may be asking a bit much. I have also not owned it very long and cannot speak to its long-term reliability. Disclaimers: - I paid for my stand and am NOT a person that works for the “company”. I am just a middle-aged man looking for a maintenance stand so he could work on his bikes without sitting on the floor (my knees are definitely not what they used to be). - BE AWARE that this stand is NOT for cranking around on your bottom bracket or anything that requires a cheater pipe on your wrench. This stand has plastic and nylon parts and is for general maintenance. If you are going to do advanced work on your bike(s), do yourself a favor and step up to a full metal, tripod leg version of a stand. If you do try cranking out your bottom bracket and break this stand, do all of US a favor and don’t subject us to your complaints. Here are the things I like about this stand: - Folds down fairly compact and is light. You’re not going to put in in the glove compartment, but it will pack nicely with your other gear. - Comes with the parts tray which is the only assembly needed when setting it up. - Extremely easy to setup. Getting the feet and post extended are extremely easy. Once you get the feet extended and the post at the height you want it, you don’t need to crank on the tightening levers to get it to stay. Don’t get me wrong, they can’t just be flopping around, but you don’t need to tighten the nut very much before you rotate the lever closed. I tested the post position stability after tightening the lever nut such that I could easily rotate the lever closed. I wanted to mention this because I have always lived by the rule that “it can’t be tight enough”. So, I started on the loose side and tested from there. Like any tightening lever, you will break these if you continue to close them with too much pressure on them. - Getting the head to the correct position and getting the clamp set correctly to close on your bike are both extremely easy and intuitive. I have only had my bike horizontal to the ground, but I used the stand head vertically on the seat post and horizontally on the top tube. Both provide very good stability. The clamp has channels in both the top and bottom jaws for brake and shifter cables allowing you to easily work on your derailleurs and brakes. - The stand is very stable with any of my bikes in it. Even when testing the shifting and spinning the crank and wheel at high speeds, I didn’t feel at any time that the stand would not hold up or become unstable. - The stand posts and all mechanisms are very simply designed which made it extremely easy to clean up before putting it away. Now, here is what I HAVE done with the stand so far: - Cleaned and lubed 3 mountain bikes (chain, back cluster, front chain rings, frame), - Adjusted front and back derailleurs and brakes on all 3 bikes. - Replaced a back brake cable on 1 bike. - Replaced one back drop out. - Swapped out a seat (found it easier with the seat post clamped in upside down). Here is what I HAVE NOT done: - Any adjusting on the handle bars or headset, replaced pedals or anything to do with the bottom bracket. (When I do any of these I will loosen the bolts before I hang the bike due to the amount of force typically needed to “crack” them loose.) Overall, I highly recommend this stand for the general care and feeding of your bikes. It is compact, easy to setup, sturdy, versatile and easy to clean. Now, stop reading this and order one. Then get on the pedals, get the bike(s) dirty and in need of maintenance, setup your new stand, clean and maintain your bike(s), rinse and repeat. .

Exceeded my expectations
My bike hand cycle pro repair stand arrived today. The free standard shipping was relatively fast, I received the stand in 5 days from when I ordered it. When I saw it on my step I was initially concerned as the box had 2 tears about 2 inches apart across the entire width of it. Upon opening the box I was pleasantly surprised that nothing was damaged or missing. The stand and the instructions come in a very thick sealed plastic bag completely assembled and the tool tray comes wrapped in a separate thick bag. After examining the stand I set it up. This took less than 1 minute. I was very impressed with the fit of all the components on the unit and the finish. All of the aluminum rails and poles appear to be anodized with a gold color, the connectors and slides fit well. It was very easy to adjust the tension on the quick release levers to prevent them from sliding. Also the movement was very smooth when extending the legs down and extending the height adjustment pole. The main aluminum pole and the height adjustment pole both appeared to have a very light coating of lubricant to facilitate smooth operation as they slide in and out. The other thing that impressed me besides the fit and finish was how sturdy this stand was when set up. The stand has some weight to it and the quick release levers hold everything securely locked. It felt rock solid. I then threw up my Diamondback Overdrive mountain bike that weights approximately 32 lbs. on it. Initially I thought I was going to have to clamp it by the seat post due to the fact that the top tube on my bike is more square than round however I placed it in the clamp and locked it down and it did not budge. Another nice feature of this stand is how the main arm has a locking lever in addition to the quick release lever that must be engaged to either fold it down for storage or extend it out to hang a bike on it. Finally I like how compact the stand folds up when not in use, 39 inches long and approximately 8 inch by 10 inch at the widest point up by the arm. Overall I am giving this stand 5 stars due to its sound construction, appearance and rigidity when set up. I would recommend this stand to anyone looking for a good stand at a reasonable price and I would buy this stand again in a minute.

Works well. It's portable/folds up and has quick release cam locks.
I am new to bicycling and needed a stand so I can do minor maintenance to my bike, like cleaning the bike chain. I have a bad back and cannot lift my bike or hold it up for very long. I wanted a bike repair stand that folds up so it doesn't require more room in the garage and I'm not planning on going into the bike repair business so I didn't want an expensive repair stand like the Park Tool ones - although they are very nice they are not in my budget. I also needed one that could hold a woman's bike by the seat post - the crossbar adapters used by other bike repair stands were not going to work in my situation. It was super confusing to find one that would work and not cost too much money. I picked this one and I'm very happy with it. There's a similar one from another vendor but I am pleased with my purchase and got exactly what I needed. It came assembled. It folds up like a camera tripod and has a lot of similar features to a tripod. The quick release cams are great, although I am not strong enough to really get the upright-extender clamp locked down properly I can get the others tight while getting my bike locked on. I'm 5'3" and the un-extended height is still ok for me. As I cannot lift my bike to get it into the clamp or to hold the bike up while rotating the clamp to different angles, I use 2 stepping stools which I place near the legs of the repair stand. I roll my bike wheels, front and back, onto the stepping stools and then I can get the clamp onto the seat post. Once I have the seat post clamped on and the bike is stable I can inch up the upright extender until I can work on the bike sitting on a stool. I keep the stepping stools under the wheels in case the upright clamp isn't quite locked down enough so the bike will only slip a few inches. This isn't a flaw in the design but because I am not strong enough to pull the cam completely closed. If I have someone help me close the cam then it stays put. The stand is sturdy enough to hold my hybrid bike but I'm not doing a lot of yanking or tugging on it which someone with more strength might be inclined to do. It works very well for my application and I can recommend it to others looking for an inexpensive stand that fits all the requirements for portability, size and durability for home repairs.

Affordable, light and compact... Lacking 4.5-5 star quality though.
I live in an apartment and I wanted something where the legs didn't take up a lot of floor space or a tripping hazard (ex. 3 or 4 legs sprawled out). This was ideal design for my small space and it didn't take any more room than my bike leaning against the wall. Also, I now have a MTB bike with hydraulic disc brakes and turning the bike upside down may/will cause air bubbles in the brake lines. I needed a way to keep my bike upright while working on it. My first impressions was that it's lightweight, preassembled and easy to set up. (no instructions came with mine) I also noticed that the bike clamp on mine (and tool tray) weren't inline with the stand. It sat a few degrees to the right (see pics). PROS: - Affordable BUT prices keep fluctuating ($90-$120). Mine was $99. - Sturdy and stable with a 29" mountain bike w/small tool bag on it. (I believe my bike was around 32 lbs at the time?) - Lightweight and easy to maneuver. - Pre-assembled. - Easy to set-up. I haven't pinched my fingers anywhere yet, so that's awesome! - Easy quick release levers to adjust stand. - Folds down to size of a large camera tripod. - Great for light/medium maintenance at home or for personal use camping/biking. - Clamp is spring loaded so it stays open while loading your bike. - Clamp has notch so your cables don't get smashed. (top and bottom) - Holds a variety of bike frame sizes and shapes. - Includes tool tray. - My hex/allen wrench included with my bike tool fit the hex/allen bolts on the stand. I was actually surprised! CONS: - Rotating clamp has plastic teeth (Should have been METAL). DO NOT rotate while the bike is on the stand. Also, DO NOT leave bike on stand longer than necessary. I noticed the teeth separate a tiny amount under that stress. So, I would suggest try not to move the bike around too much while it's suspended. This part of the stand I'm going to watch carefully. - Tool tray/plate is not parallel to the floor. Tool tray is tilted at the same angle as the stand. Still works though. - "Magnet tray" consists of a tiny 1.5"x1" magnet under one of the small storage squares. - Tool tray/plate screws onto the stand. The "bolt" consists of an aluminum housing with a plastic threaded insert. The plastic threaded insert made it very difficult to screw on by hand. I used pliers, but it started scraping up the "bolt". The plastic threaded insert ended up popping out. Extremely poor quality. I was about to buy two new bolts, but found out the aluminum "bolt" has some threads. I was actually able to install it without the plastic inserts fairly easily. - Tool tray/plate doesn't install tight to the stand. At the outside edge there is 0.5" of play. - Bike stand doesn't sit flush to the wall with tool tray installed. It has to sit approximately 2"-3" away from the wall. Unable to move tray independently up the bike stand since it's attached to the quick release. - No instructions (video on amazon and a reviewer uploaded a good video) TIPS: Be gentle with it! DO NOT rotate the clamp while the bike is on the stand. DO NOT leave bike on stand longer than necessary. I bought a 13" folding step stool from ACKO on Amazon, so I can sit and work on my bike. Bottom line, I would recommend this for personal use.

Fantastic bike stand.
For $100 it's impressive and worth it. I had been looking at a $50 bike stand and read reviews of plastic clamps breaking, or things slipping. That won't happen with this stand. The legs fold out with a collar that slides down the main tube. The clamp is a quick-release, just like axle skewers. Adjust the tightness and lock it down. The top tube extends upward and again uses a quick-release clamp. Adjustments are easy and secure. The arm at the top is a proper bike stand vise. The lever on the back engages or disengages the teeth which old the arm from rotating. The clamp is easily adjustable and also a quick-release clamp style engagement. It's a proper bike repair tool. I put my ~30+ lbs full-suspension bike on it and it held the weight just fine. I put a lighter 26" hardtail on it and then wrenched on the bike for some maintenance. The vise held fine when it was clamped on the top tube with the weight equally balanced front to rear. The vise held fine when it was clamped on the seat tube with more weight toward the front and torquing on the arm. The stand appears well-built and sturdy. The slight angle of the stand helps get the bike away from the main vertical tube. There is plenty of space to spin the pedals while the bike is on the stand. Any cleaning or adjustments you need to make which requires spinning the drivetrain shouldn't be an issue. I think the attachable tool tray may be the only "issue" with the product. If you attach it then you don't be able to fully collapse the lower support legs. The clamp will hit the tool tray before it gets completely "closed". If you remove the tool tray it does fold in half, but there is no hook or clamp or anything to keep it attached to the collapsed stand while not in use. You could buy a velcro strap for this, so it's a minor issue. Just something I could see annoying those who will not leave it permanently open and setup. They may, at some point, misplace or lose the tool tray.

A Sturdy And Reasonably Priced Stand
I love this bike stand, can adjust the bike so many ways to work on it. Can fold up in 30 seconds and put in its packing box. Sturdy and reasonably lightweight.

A lot of bike stand for the money
So far I absolutely love this bike stand. First, I love the color and finish of the stand, it just looks great. Secondly, the ease of set up and take down. Folds up small for storage, goes back up quickly and the spring loaded clamp makes mounting the bike a one handed job. A lot of the clamping devices are plastic but it is thick plastic and does not feel flimsy or cheap. The tool tray is very convenient and a nice touch. Very happy with the price.

I love this thing
This stand is really great, I've had it now for over 6 months. It's light enough I can move it from my basement 'workshop' to the garage if I want to give my bikes a winter wash. The seat post clamp works great and is easily adjusted to any of my three bikes one handed while I hold the bike in place. It is great for adjusting different angles and holds all of my bikes super solidly. This stand has made me do more maintenance on my commuting bike for sure, it just makes everything so much easier to do and work on. It also folds up really compact when you're not using it and only takes a few seconds to get setup again. Would totally buy this again, 100%.

My dad always said, if you want to do the job right...
If you're looking to do your own maintenance of your bike (commuter or weekend warrior road bike) this bike stand is brilliant. Easy to set up and store. This sturdy, smooth and good value for money. I'm planning to take a few more classes on bike repair, but in the meantime, it works super well for cleaning, lubricating and keeping everything tightened up! Nice addition to the shed.
