This thing is AMAZING! It's SO much faster than my usual method! This product is exactly what I was envisioning. Something that would easily melt the chocolate without risk of burning and allow the chocolate to stay the perfect liquid temperature to allow me to keep working as long as I need to. I've only used it once, but the process that would have normally taken me an hour to an hour and a half to complete took only half an hour at most! No more annoying process of taking it in and out of the microwave until melted. No more having to stop and start multiple times to put the chocolate back in the microwave because it's solidifying. No more messy chocolate because it's mixing with other ingredients because im fighting the solidifying chocolate into covering my avocado balls for too long, which gives the avocado too much time to fall apart. The tall and narrow shape, particularly with the holder with 2 wells, allows me to use less chocolate but still drop and dip my balls into it to fully encase in chocolate. The wall between the wells allowed me to have an easy place to scrape off excess chocolate against while the other well held the chocolate covered utensils i was using without needing to make another dish dirty. If I'm running low on melted chocolate, I imagine it would be easy to jump dump more chocolate chips into it and wait a bit for it to melt in. Melting a good amount of chocolate took about 10 minutes of standing and mixing, since I don't want to risk the chocolate burning by letting it melt on it own/ The 10 min have been longer than using the microwave, but with how easy and hassle-free it was, this machine is definitely more worth it. the silicone holders also make it easy to just let the remaining chocolate cool off in it then peel the solid block of chocolate out to reuse later. No more scraping excess chocolate into another container! I had decided that I was never gonna make anything involving dipping something in chocolate because my usual method was such a hassle and mess, but this machine makes it so easy and fast that I no longer need to worry about it! And it was a good price with such a cute design! The color is so pretty and I imagine it should last a long time as long as the heating element is good quality.

Super easy to use and clean. Melts relatively quickly and didn’t burn the chocolate at all. Much more compact and efficient than the double boiler I used to use. 10/10 purchase.

I bought this fondue pot & tray set as a backup in case the chocolate fountain I also purchased didn't perform as expected. Well, I'm keeping this backup, and the fountain was returned (due to a faulty motor). I had to unbox this product while guests were over, and melted chocolate was already poured in the bottom of the fountain. This set is a keeper. The attached trays are great! I love the double insert as an option (Carmel & chocolate, cheese & a spicy cheese, etc). As mentioned, the chocolate I poured into the fondue pot was already melted. Therefore I originally put the setting on "warm". I quickly realized that "melt" was the better option. Even though the chocolate was melted, it didn't bubble. The trays that surround the pot are great. The one thing I found a little annoying is how they connect to one another... on the top and bottom. The long color coded long forks are a bonus. What I love most about this set is the ease of cleaning! Unlike the chocolate fountain (which was a nightmare to clean), this is simple! The pot inserts, trays, and forks can all go in the dishwasher (I turn off the heat feature)! This fondue pot set was fun to use. I can see this being used camping, when the grandkids visit, and when entertaining. It's a thumbs up! 👍

Loved it, exactly what I wanted. The chocolate melts fast and stays at the perfect temperature. I use dark chocolate chips with a tsp of coconut oil. The silicone container is great to keep the leftover chocolate in the fridge and have it ready for a quick dessert any time. I wanted a size that would be not too big for our regular use (just 2 of us) but big enough for when we have friends over, so this was perfect. So easy to clean and perfect design as you can unhook the trays for storage or easy washing.

This chocolate fondue set is cute and ease to use. Great for the kids and adults. Got it for Valentine’s Day. It work well and the size just right. No smell and easy to clean. No issues with durability and no changes to taste of chocolates. My coworkers were asking about it.

I liked making my own chocolates for special occasions, but hated the gooie sticky mess. This little machine is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAl! The silicone inserts are PERFECTION and clean up is a breeze. NO MORE BURNT CHOCOLATE and no need to rush, as this keeps the chocolate a perfect temperature. We'll worth it!

Ticked off one of my shopping lists, I like the simplicity of this product, straight forward and serves few people at once. I don’t need to bake every time my son has a play date with his friends. This gives me a good break from baking
