The excellent product, a bit of problems with the delivery, but the problem was from FedEx, which did not come in delivery, the first day I armed it, it was very easy, I took it to the street and it worked perfectly, it met all the requirements on the streets of Chicago.

i am a soldier that came back from a deployment in the European region. While getting medical treatment in Germany a fellow soldier let me borrow his scooter for me to get around since walking was very difficult. Learning how convenient a scooter is with Feet, hip and knee problems I saw this one on Amazon and went ahead and purchased it. Once it came in. Very easy to put together, brings it's own tools. Charged it and took it for a ride. Couldn't believe the power it had on a single motor. Tried a fellow soldier's scooter with 2 motors and wow! should've spent the extra bucks. What a feeling to feel free to go anywhere I need to go . Recommend it from the heart. Life changer if you have walking difficulties.
