You can use it whenever u wash your your hair in a week.

In weeck how many time can use?

As per tradition, Men can take oil bath on Wednesday & Saturday. I use it in one of these days either Wednesday or Saturday. (I prefer saturday being a holiday). Other day I use shampoo. For women the oil bath days are Tuesday & Friday. I recommend using it one of these days. Two is fine.

A cost of 120g is rs 70 how it comes to approximately rs 2000 . Why it is so costly . Explain me ??
