This Murphy bed is great quality and wasn't too hard to install. I put each side cabinet together under 1.5 hours. Bed part took a little longer but came out great. I do consider myself very mechanically inclined. Don't hesitate.

After a great deal of research and waiting 3 months for it to come back in stock, I bought this for my office room conversion. It fits perfectly with our "Western" decor, very well finished and looks just like a bookcase in the office. This is the room I set up for my 93 y/o father with a double screen computer, big screen TV and everything else he could want when he visits so I didn't want a bed taking up to much area so this works perfectly. What was a BONUS SURPRISE ... Because of it's great hydraulics ... He lowers and raise this bed on his own.

Item was good.. we installed it and opened up the last box where the damage was done. We installed the rest hoping that the company was able to send us at the least 1 panel. Nope, customer service said that we have to unassemble the whole and send it back. A little disappointed

This is horrible service from manufacturers. But the worst is the service from AMAZON prime members you will not get help with this product from anyone. No way to contact the company. Amazon will give you there number and email yea dosent work. Look up online and just sends you back to Amazon So not getting any help from amazon

Product quality is low. I purchased the murphy bed in white, fit and finish are poor, the paint is almost nonexistent in spots and has finger prints in other spots where they handled it when the paint was wet. Bottom line is if this is going to be used in an area where how it looks is important, buy something else.
