Wow, do I love this Doctor Babor Microbiomic Moisture Glow Cream! I had to go fetch the jar from my bathroom because I am hooked on it and have used it daily, both a.m. and p.m., for over a month. I am age 72, with skin on the dry side. This sinks right in to my skin and deeply hydrates without leaving any shine. It does not interfere with the active products I use regularly – retinol and vitamin C. It also does not affect make up application. This line is manufactured and distributed from Germany. Love that ingredients are 98% clean as well as totally vegan, relying mainly on botanical oils and extracts. This product is not heavy in active ingredients, but contains small amounts of actives I really like adding to my routine – ferments, lactic acid and salicylic acid. This is probably why I have had no irritation when I apply this moisturizing cream over my existing anti-aging products. I even find it suitable for neck because of the long lasting hydration. It may be a little pricey, but because I am using it a.m., p.m. and on my neck, it is worth every cent. I will be sure to make this 1.69 ounce jar go a long way. I had to double check if it had added fragrance. It does, but it is fresh and subtle. If you want a non-greasy, healthy glow alone or with make up, this is your cream. It is not rich as in greasy, but it is moisturizing enough that I question whether it would be suitable for oily skin types. I do recommend this cream for dry, combo or sensitive skin.
