I ordered THIS one because the construction made it look like it would provide good back support which I need. Another good feature over the other trainers I looked at is the closure method. It has wide strong Velcro instead of hook and eye closures. I have arthritis in my hands so this is so easy to put on and adjust.I'm 5' and 140 lbs and the medium fits perfect. I'm not having any issues with the garment digging in anywhere. No rolls or bulges at the over the top or underneath. You CAN'T slouch in this thing. With the support in the lower back, it's an immediate improvement in posture, back straight and shoulders back.It immediately slimmed down my middle. I had to go down a notch on my belt. You are going to sweat in this, which is a factor in the longer term effects of wearing a trainer.
