Are these Asian cut and run small? I am 5'11", 185 lbs, waist 35. What size?

My husband bought an XL size...he is 6’2”, and 195 lbs. The shirt fits him perfectly. You should consider the Large size. The shirt fits like a typical biking shirt...snuggly but not tightly.

The black does not have a elastic waistband but the red does. Does the orange have elastic waistband or not?

The orange and yellow ones I received both had an elastic waistband.
