No support at all
Body support and spreads weight? Rubbish. If I sit on this the ends literally lift in the air. If I lie on my dude to read using my arm for support the mattress comes up at almost 45 degrees around my arm. Maybe if you’re a small child it might be ok, but for an adult it absolutely will not give you any support

A little bit on the thin side for me on its own but was using a mattress topper anyway so it’s perfectly fine. Great value even when you factor in the cost of a mattress topper!
