The trick is to be LIGHT HANDED with this. There's no need to sand your skin off. This is for the surface of the skin and pushing it down/against hard isn't gonna help it. I've had this for several months and it has done well. However, at one point water did get into the main housing with the motor. It stopped working for a day or two. When it was completely dry it was okay again. But I didn't want water getting into the seams again. So I glued the seams together with e6000 on the body (NOT the battery cap). It has been good ever since. Just gotta keep the batteries fresh on it. I use rechargeable batteries. You can tell when the batteries are low because the brush almost stops with even the slightest pressure against the skin. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Horrible *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2019* I personally do not like this brush ! It is supposed to have to spin settings . And it does but if you click the button one time it turns it on if you click it twice it’ll spend around one time and then stop and then the second time you click it it will spin around but the power of this the spelling is not good at all if you press down on your face barely any of the brush will stop working completely and once you take it off your face it’ll work again but I have personally just not even turned it on and did my face I do not like this brush at all I wish they were better reviews on here because I know I am not only one who had this problem. This is a horrible brush do not buy it because the spin is horrible and it doesn’t work if you press on your face at all. But I will say that the brushes on it are very very soft and when I clean my face without turning it on I do like it but I bought it so it was Ben and really get deep down my pores though I’m not really using it for what it’s meant for it because it doesn’t work ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars UPDATED REVIEW *by O***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2018* Not a very powerful facial brush; I felt like I had to press down to get my face clean, but every time I did, the brush stopped spinning. If I wash using a softer brush then use the exfoliating brush directly after, I feel my pores get a thorough cleaning. The case is convenient, but doesn’t open easily.UPDATE: The manufactures keep emailing me, asking me to remove my two-star review In return they will pay me $20. That’s very considerate of them, but also a little manipulative. My review—despite the horrible grammar—was honest. But I did want to update my experience thus far. I’ve used it many times now, and it’s held up after being cleaned underwater and dropped on marble flooring. I no longer press hard hard or hold the brush too close to my face, as the manufacturers advised it will damage my skin. My face does feel soft afterwards and somewhat clean. I’ve been using it several weeks now, and I think overall it’s a fairly decent facial brush and worth the price.
