Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Extra Strength, Nasal Congestion, Clear, 44ct

I've struggled with breathing through my nose while sleeping, and I snore because of it. I tried these Extra Strength Clear strips for the first time last night, so this is a first-night review, and I'll update it after a week or two. Within seconds of putting one on, I could feel more air coming in through my nose. It felt like I'd had a cold my whole life and it suddenly cleared. - One strip stayed in place all night - Nostrils stayed open the whole time - Barely noticeable while wearing it, so comfortable enough to sleep in Anyone who has trouble breathing through their nose at night or snores because of it should hit buy. For the price, it's a cheap and effective thing to try. Worked immediately for me. Easy 5 stars so far. 5/5 If I had to add a con it'd be trouble placing it on my nose, but that's likely inexperience rather than a product issue.

This things work wonders. I’ve always struggled to breathe properly through my nose. At best, I’d have 50% function from one nostril and it was more work than it was worth. Looking back I’m sure I was mouth breathing more than I realized and at night it was so much worse. Unless I was sleeping facing up towards the ceiling, the pillows would compress my nose and I’d automatically breathe through my mouth. At first it felt kind of weird having them on and the worst part for me, is that I sweat a lot at work so the adhesive comes off fairly quickly and that they’re uncomfortable to use while having my glasses on. Started wearing my contacts more to fix that. Once I got use to them, it’s weird not having them on. It feels so much better and, while it’s not a 100% fix in my opinion, it’s worth having them. Definitely recommend

For whatever reason my nasal cavity continues to slam shut on me which normally ends up with one nostril completely plugged and the other with restricted breathing. I have had sinus surgery to open things up, but without constant use of nasal sprays it eventually swells shut. Prescription sprays give me a headache and OTC sprays can only be used for a limited time before it just makes things worse. I am not a mouth breather. Sleeping is extremely difficult as I need to stay in very specific position or I end up feeling like I am suffocating. Usually my right nostril is completely closed so I need to lay on the left side of my face and use the pillow to stretch my cheek to open my left nostril. It is almost impossible to maintain that position overnight, so this has led to many, many sleepless nights. About 10(?) years ago I found these strips and they absolutely changed my sleeping, and waking life! I put one of these on and immediately felt my nose opening up. I got the best night sleep that night that I have had in years. I actually had very vivid dreams that I was not expecting. Apparently REM sleep was something I wasn't getting before as I was constantly waking up feeling suffocated. The next day I was refreshed in a way I haven't felt in a long time. I started with the 2 plastic strand tan version and was happy when they came out with these 3 strand clear. I do feel a slight increase in airflow with these. To people who are having a problem with the strip falling off you are probably not following the directions, or you may have very oily skin. You need to wash and dry your nose or the oils in your nose will break down the adhesive within hours. I was actually having problems with these sticking TOO MUCH to the point where I was getting a red spot at the bridge of my nose from peeling it off in the morning. I fixed this by putting a little dab of Burt's Beeswax lip balm on the bridge of my nose and working it in to the strip as I'm putting it on. The sides stay nice and sticky but the tip doesn't stick as much. A few splashes of warm water in the morning and it slides right off. I do use these nightly and have for years. I have seen no apparent side effects, however when you wake up and take this off you will notice your nose is slightly larger for a little while. As you get moving it settles back to normal, but I do wonder what long term use will do in this regard. As your nose continues to grow over your life I wonder if this may affect elasticity in the skin. But overall I really don't care. I can breath!

I bought these on the whim to use up the rest of my FSA funds for the year. One of the best random purchases I’ve ever made! I have very, very, very mild sleep apnea, which I don’t really need it CPAP machine and it tends to be doing more harm than good. Tried one of these and noticed the very first night as soon as I put it on I was breathing better through my nose and they’ve increased my sleep according to my smart ring I get better sleep when I wear them. I was very skeptical, but these are legit. The only thing is occasionally they don’t stick well, even after washing and drying your face but maybe that’s something to do with my skin even though it’s not oily and runs on the dry side definitely worth a try though

I’ve been using these for a while and they definitely help open up my nose and make breathing easier, especially at night. The fit is good and they’re comfortable to wear. The biggest issue is the adhesive. Even when I apply it to clean, dry skin, the edges start lifting after about 3–4 hours and the strip gradually loses its effectiveness. For something designed to be worn through the night, I think the adhesive really needs to be stronger and last longer. They work well while they stay in place, but the durability of the adhesive is why I’m giving them 3 stars.

Work great to help breath at night. I feel more rested some nights but not always. Snoring has decreased. The part I don’t like is that it takes significant effort to get the sticky glue off your nose in the morning. Over all good stuff

Don’t work for more than 3 hours, Due to weakness of its adhesive layer … impossible it’s made of 3M !

Strips are rather hard and doesn’t stick very well. I understand that the sides may come off slightly but from my experience it comes off quite a fair bit. I always ensure that my nose is dry and oil free before applying but that doesn’t help. Will definitely not buy this again.
