Review: RV shock upgrades - It worked great in our RV. We upgraded our mattress and it was too heavy for the original equipment that came with the RV. These shocks worked great and hold the bed cover just fine.
Review: Holds My Storage Bed Wide Open, Every Single Time - Building a custom storage bed, I needed struts that could lift the mattress and base without fighting me every time. These do exactly that. The 100lb struts hold everything up with no effort on the way up. Pulling it back down takes more force than I expected, but that's probably my fault for going too heavy on the weight rating. Comes with mounting brackets, which made the install quick. If you're building a lift-up storage bed or any kind of hatch, these are a solid pick. Just size down on the rating if your lid isn't all that heavy.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Powerful and easy to install gas struts
*by K***Y on October 27, 2025*

These gas struts are seriously impressive. I used them on a heavy RV bed platform, and they lift it smoothly with almost no effort. The strength is exactly as advertised, and the build quality feels premium with solid steel construction that looks like it will last for years. Installation was straightforward with the included brackets and clear instructions. I had everything set up in about 20 minutes using just a screwdriver. Once installed, the lift feels stable and controlled, with no wobble or noise. The one-finger operation is a nice touch and makes access so much easier. Overall, these struts are powerful, reliable, and worth every penny.
