Faulty Product – Requesting Immediate Resolution
I purchased the Dyson Co-anda2x just under a month ago, and it has suddenly stopped working. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Under UAE consumer protection law, I am entitled to a remedy for a defective product. La compré desde octubre de 2025 y puedo decirles que es la mejor dyson que he tenido! Mi cabello es muy lacio y fino y me estiliza como yo quiero durándome el peinado 2 o 3 días obviamente aplicando productos, se las recomiendo ampliamente.

Excellent investment
I have had my eye on this forever, and I am so happy I decided to purchase this. Easy to set up in the app and easy to use. I thought styling my hair would be difficult, but it was a lot more simple than I imagined. Like most Dyson products, it is high quality. It is a little loud, but what hot air hair styling tool isn’t? I purchased with a coupon, but even without it is an excellent value if you’re looking for something to invest into your hair tools.

Stopped Working First Use
I had high expectations for the Dyson Airwrap given its reputation and premium price, but my experience was disappointing from the start. During the first use, it stopped working and showed red flashing lights indicating a fault. I followed troubleshooting steps, letting it cool for over an hour before trying again, but it still wouldn’t work. I then cleaned the filter as instructed, even though it was brand new and had only been used once, so there shouldn’t have been any buildup or blockage. Despite following all recommended steps, the issue wasn’t resolved and the red flashing lights continued. I ultimately had to return the product. Overall, this was very disappointing, especially considering the high cost and the level of reliability expected from Dyson.
