I have been taking this for several months now and I really think I am liking it. The other one I found out had a hidden sugar and I can't have sugar. Plus I either had candida and/or parasites and my integrative doctor recommended this along with Berberine and Scram (both short term) and my issues have cleared up (knock on wood).I will continue to take this although in 2 of the bottles I received had a couple of pills that were stuck on the sealed lid and I couldn't get them off without the capsules breaking open. And 2 other bottles each had 2/3 pills that had somehow been damaged or opened and the contents was spilled in the container. Very disappointing, especially considering the cost and the fact that I am taking 3 a day. I wonder if there is a way to be compensated for this damage. I hope it doesn't continue to happen because I feel so much better on these.
