Low quality ceramic coating
This pan was solely used for making stir fry over our gas stove. Appears to be a low quality ceramic coating you can clearing see scratching off after moderate use. I would not recommend this for higher heat cooking on gas stoves. Unfortunately, I am outside the return window.
