This is a great home workout station! No, it’s not commercial grade, but the price is nowhere near to what a commercial gym would be. We are a 5’9” and 5’8” couple and it’s the perfect size and weight option for us. We were looking for a small footprint machine and this one serves the purpose. Our basement ceiling is at 81” so this gym fits perfectly. The installation was a breeze! Just follow the instructions. All the steps are clear, with numbered parts, AND the labeled sealed trays of the particular set of screws for each steps wrapped separately. Take your time (really), don’t rush, and get a regular adjustable wrench to eliminate any frustration. I installed it by myself in a little bit over four hours due to numerous runs up and down the stairs bringing the parts from the living room to the basement. The shipping boxes were quite heavy so it was easier to unpack everything upstairs and bring the parts downstairs based on each step’s demands. Two people could get it done in about half the time. We also invested couple more bucks in grips with swiveling base hooks. Worth the extra cost. I also got from Home Depot different lengths chains for better ranges of motions, and ordered a couple of intermediary weights for gradual improvement instead of 13lb jumps.

I enjoy the Home Gym. Works well for me, just what I needed and wanted. Easy installation as I followed all the instructions and the use of this machine is really smooth. I’m 5 foot so some things are made for someone taller but was able to adjust to my needs. I had one broken knob in the box and the seller was quick to respond and replace. This is my 2nd review about this product . the 1st review I gave it 2 Stars, because of the Machine Design being inadequate for 6'1" users. Leg Presses, and seated presses and rows not being an option for anyone standing over 5'9". Alexa ( AI) suggested focusing more on the Cables on the low, middle and high pulleys . Once the unit was assembled it was apparent that the flaws in the design also included the fact that each of the low, middle, and high pulleys only offer a SINGLE attachment when engaging in Presses,Rows, Pulldowns, etc. NONE of this was mentioned in any of the AI instructions about exercise performance. It merely said to attach 2WO D-handles to any of the Pulleys . THAT is NOT possible on a Machine that has only a SINGLE Connection for each of the 3 Pulleys . When I re-directed this finding to Alexa AI, it THEN stated about the Cable limitations when working bi-lateral exercises. I was recommended to order the 2 additional piecesl I ordered the Extensions and 2 to 1 adapter that day. The arrived the next day , and i attached the new links to to the different pulleys for different exercises. IT WORKED ! The next day, I performed the Cable Deadlift , the Seated Press, Incline press,tricep Pushdown. 2 handed Pulldown, Seated Row, Cable Shrug . Everything worked great. Bear in mind that I only found out about needing the additional pieces once it was assembled, after having asked plethora of questions about what was needed to implement 2-Handed Compound Exercises . based on the success of the H11 AFTER all of the workarounds and needing additional gear. I give it 2 & 1/2 stars. It WILL be productive, so maybe after several weeks or months of using the H11 I MAY feel more Chairtable

The home gym was easy to assemble once all four boxes arrived. It is sturdy and meets my needs for a workout station. It appears to be a good value.

This gym works really well for me - I put it in the room next to my home office and I go across to do a few reps between Zoom calls. The whole weight range and variety of exercises is perfect for me. I am a competition outrigger canoe paddler. I had a guy from Task Rabbit put it together and he did it in just under 3 hours - super.
