I love the variety of colors and that there are different shades of green and blue. A little definitely goes a long way with these as only about 1 or 2 drops works wonders. I have used these to make sensory bin fillers for the kids and they have worked perfectly, I cannot wait to use them when I bake. They mix well with a little bit of vinegar and coats things evenly. Bright, vibrant colors with just a few drips. I was making Easter candy and I used these to color my sugar, coconut, melted chocolate, frosting and even the inside of my very touchy truffles!! It worked great across the board. Just 2 or 3 drips colored whole bags of coconut. Put the coconut in the bag, add 2 drips, shake the bag twice - great variegated coconut - perfect for Easter grass etc. A couple of more shakes and the whole bag was solid green. Great colors. I could live without the black and brown but in love with the rest of them. I will never buy a different kind of food coloring!!
