Draper tyre depth gauge.
With tyre laws very important this is a must buy. Being a Draper brand tool it’s as good as you get and it’s very accurate and easy to use. Quality item, worth ten out of ten!

Perfect For My Motorcycle Tyres
I've always found Draper tools to be an excellent balance between economy, quality and value and this tyre guage is no exception. The outer packaging even tells you the MOT minimum tread depth requirement. It's very simple to use, you hardly need the instructions and it worked fine on my bike tyres which have quite a chunky tread being the semi-off road type. It looks like this tool will last and unlike some tread checkers it will not need any batteries replacing. I think it would be hard to be disappointed with it!

A surprising bargain
I am fairly fastidious when it comes to tools, I actively hunt out tools made in Europe, the US and Japan as I like to buy a tool that is built to last. I was unable to find any new tread depth gauges being made in Europe so I went for this Draper, thinking it would be imported. But no! It's proudly printed on the item that it's made in Sheffield, much to my surprise. The tool itself does everything you need, the markings are etched/cut into the metal, so will not rub off. Clip is strong as is the whole unit. Some other models I have seen have a marking for the UK minimum tread depth, which would be nice but not essential. Very pleased with this after 6 months use, I have bought another to give to a friend.

Utile, lo utilizzo mensilmente da anni per controllare lo spessore degli pneumatici. All'inizio bisogna prenderci un po' l'occhio, ma sicuramente è uno strumento utile e compatto da tenere in auto
