Great smart lock... Yaaaleee!!
Easy/quick installation. It is smoothly operating, app is simple and easy to use.Perceived quality is good. Access controls are aplenty and glitch free predictable usage. Like the brass color looks.Just hoping the battery will last good 4+ months!

Cheap quality with no mechanical key .
Don’t buy this . It is a trap in the name of open box delivery . They check and say everything is perfect . But many things like keys ,etc are missing .Though they provide 10 days return but return option does not work at all . They do not accept it back as they are providing open box verification at the time of delivery and they charge 29 rupees extra for that also . Such a cheap service for an expensive item . The item is with me and Amazon is not ready to take return . It is in brand new condition but cannot use . Rs. 16000 wasted for nothing . It is scrap . Quality is also very cheap . Does not look like the pic in the Amazon site

Installation Service is not responding
Yale not having a service center in Chennai. They operate thru 3rd party called IT Service First where neither the deliver services as per commitment nor they give warranty service. I was charged Rs 300 by IT Service First for part while the technician said it's under warranty and taken the part replaced. The service call was booked via Till free of Yale. Pl take informed decisions.
