Not disappointed at all
It took a minute to get together and a little adjusting afterwards, but I am very happy with the bike and enjoy riding it. I bought 2 of them so my husband can get out and get some exercise with me. They have taken the place of our after dinner walks.

My 15 year old autistic son loves this. It does take a while to put together and some readjusting afterwards. But definitely worth the money.

Comes with improper parts YOU have to replace; a waste of time and money with construction
Parts came as unusable: left pedal would not fit, for example. Now we have to go and get replacement parts, which is more money spent; if not go through the hassle of taking apart everything and sending it back for a refund. Don't force us to pay around $300 extra for that "professional assembly" to actually ensure it comes complete and with everything usable.
