It took about 3 weeks from initial order to the bike arriving almost fully assembled, just needed to attach the front wheel, handle bars, pedals and seat post and pump up the tires - took about 10 minutes. The inexpensive pedals included needed to be replaced with SPD clip-ons suitable for a road bike of this quality. No damage to the bike in transit as it is very well packaged and protected. The bike rides very well, the gears and brakes are already tuned and didn't require any additional adjustment.
