Great product! Very high in vitamin C and my partner swears by this to keep his gout under control. I find it great in my shakes. By ordering on amazon we get it next day, which is faster than ordering from Sevenhills direct but same great price. Can wholeheartedly recommend Sevenhills products, we also use their Spirulina which is also fantastic quality.

I bought this due to the claimed benefits of acerola "cherries" in terms of high vitamin C content as well as polyphenol/antioxidant levels. I do a lot of cycling and both vitamin C and antioxidants are supposed to aid recovery and reduce inflammation following exercise. Its impossible as a home shopper to verify the levels of vitamin C and antioxidants (you'd need a lab) so I can only feed back on subjective experience. I've not been taking it long enough to feedback yet on whether it helps reduce inflammation (I'll update my review when I've been taking it daily for a couple of weeks) but in terms of general product quality its nicely powdered, not clumped, is well packaged. It tastes fairly sour/tart as can be expected but not in a necessarily unpleasant or extreme way, it just needs mixing into a smoothie or yoghurt or similar and is perfectly palatable - its a bit like rhubarb in that the flavour is nice but you'd be unlikely to eat the raw fruit just on its own without something to sweeten it. I'll update my review on whether it helps recovery from training and reducing inflammation after a couple of weeks

Best source of vitamin C I’ve ever found, I like the flavour it adds to my daily smoothie!It is sour, but that adds to the flavour. Blends well for me!Only using around 2g a day so it’ll last forever too

The best Acerola powder, I have been ordering this again and again. Boost our immune system big time.I used to use citrus fruits for our vitamin C and I replace it with Acerola powder. It gives the wonder it offers 💪Highly recommended 💪🙌

I am so chocked how good this works. I seriously cant get any colds or the flu, when I am on this. I started taken it when I had a bad flu, and the day after it was gone and the same happened for my boyfriend.. (I forced him to take it, he hates supplements) :DIf I stop taking it, and gets sick, it only takes one day after I take it, then Im over it.I have not found anything else that helps my immune system like this.

Was mixing a teaspoon through half a small glass of berry smoothie, doesn't taste terrible, nor does it taste good. Only used one x 250g between Jan and Feb as cold/flu prevention based on a couple of reviews on here. All I can say is I didn't get cold or flu for that period.Due to scarcity and then price increase of this product, I have just ordered Seven Hills camu camu, direct from Seven Hills, and again as cold/flu prevention. Tastes pretty vile, like detergent, much worse than the acerola, but I'll be happy to keep using it if it keeps the viruses at bay..

Mir schmeckt das Pulver und habe keine Probleme es in Wasser etc. aufzulösen. Ins Frühstück geschmischt fällt mir der Geschmack garnicht auf. Wollte ein Pulver um nicht immer so viele Kapseln zu nehmen somit fällt mir die Einnahme leichter, trinke es zum Essen, manchmal gemischt mit MSM am Morgen auf nüchternen Magen. Kann nichts negatives dazu sagen und habe auch bei der Einnahme ein gutes Gefühl. Nehme mind. einen TL morgens und wenn möglich Abends.
