Are they reusable, or will I need to use a new pads every day?

If you plan to stick them directly on the bottom of your foot then you will need to replace them every few days. I purchased a Pedag Holiday shoe insert and then stuck the pad to it. Placed the insert in each on of my shoes. When changing shoes you can simply switch between pairs.

Is there an instruction about an exact location to put ?

Before sticking them permanently to the shoe, put some double sided tape on the back of the pads and place them in your shoe. Then wear a bit to test the position. This way you can readjust as needed until they feel right. Then mark the correct placement, peal the backing and stick to the shoes.

What's wrong with your product?

How do you know if you need the 1/4” or the 1/8”?

From my own experience - the 1/4 inch was better. You are looking to offload pressure to the ball of your foot. 1/8 inch is not very thick....and the 1/4 inch does eventually squish down a bit
