Do not us this product at work! You will embarrass yourself and make your coworkers uncomfortable with your drooling and loud sighs. So I naively thought that I could strap this cordless back-and-neck massager to the back of my office chair and that I would quietly get plenty of work done. But instead I have earned a new office nickname that Amazon will not allow me to publish here. So yes, the back-and-neck massager works as promised - if not more so. The battery lasts a good long time. Better yet, they honored the warranty quickly and efficiently. My original had an issue, and the customer service department identified it, owned up to it, and sent a replacement quickly. They even updated the warranty period to restart based on the replacement's delivery date. I am tempted to get the corded option, but I have concerns about how my office mates will react to my non-stop whimpering during the workday. With the battery version, they at least have some peace and quiet while it recharges.

OK, this is a real review!! I researched many different products and decided on this one in the end. I'm so glad I did. I suffer from degenerative discs in my lower back and this product is so helpful to me. It truly feels like a real massage from a therapists hands! I like that it switches direction periodically because it ensures that all painful areas are treated! The heat is nice to have and it's convenient that it can be turned off and have just the massage. It's portable...I take it to and from my home to my office, it's cordless/rechargeable, great battery life, just really an amazing product so THANK YOU Bob and Brad. Don't buy a cheaper made Knock Off that may quit working after a few months. This one is the one you need. Worth every penny!!

Relaxing but I would change some things. First of all, if you want to use it on your neck/upper back, make sure the handle part is placed down, and the wider part is at the top. I had to check the product images here again to confirm, since I noticed the model using it like a pillow. There's a solid wedge of plastic in the middle (presumably, internal battery housing idk) that will painfully press into your spine when used the other way around. Not sure why this part isn't cushioned, or located further inside the machine. I really enjoy the heat and how it gently radiates. This feature is a must. Also, the motion is quite fluid and dynamic. I'm not a fan of the directional change every minute because each time I find a knot to knead, the machine switches and no longer moves where intended. I understand even distribution is best, but maybe if there were a setting for longer intervals? Because I only feel both nubs pleasantly when they move outward. When they go inward, there's more of a gap that catches my ribs and shoulder blades, then they don't even touch my neck unless I bend and tilt to one side. I'm sure this massager outdoes others in its price range because of its compact size. Many others aren't designed as female/small person-friendly. I've estimated the narrowest clearance between the two spinners to be ~2.5" which is pretty standard, but not as precise on petite frames. I've never found a massager closer to the 2" range deemed worthy of manufacturing for safe use by the masses. It's just difficult to target the nodes near my tight erector muscles, rather than on the outer parts of my frame. Regardless, it's still effective, and I know professionals who might recommend folding a towel to get better contact. So far I have gotten 40 minutes out of a full day charge. I haven't turned it back on yet but I will update how many more uses. The last thing is, I wish I could use my USB-C phone chargers. It only charges with USB-A like the one it came with. But the fact that it's cordless, portable, powerful, and holds the well known names of Bob and Brad is enough for me.

I currently have a seat massager in my work seat and while it is still working, the pressure isn’t strong enough to warrant a relief. The one that I am using is already the third replacement because if I really badly want a deep pressure, I have to push myself back which destroys it. Also the moving parts for the back aren’t pronounced so I had to look for another one without the bulk. I have been using Bob and Brad massage guns and they’re a good alternative vs theragun for a fraction of it’s price. When I saw this cordless back massager, I thought of two things - portability and usb charging. This means that I do not have to buy another charging cable. Also this means that I can put this on my back while driving. One another use that I saw is I can put this one too on my back on the bed. See how pronounced the massage moving parts? That means that you’re getting the relief that you have without even reaching for a gun for it. The heating option is a nice addition but I am more concerned with the massage which is okay. By winter, I can probably test the heating much more better.

This was my second attempt at using a Bob and Brad back massager and I honestly do love how it feels. It hits the right spots in my lower back, while the first one did not go low enough and had to be returned. I also like that I can bring it in my car to help me get through long trips. I have 3 complaints. (1) it turns off too soon and I have to turn it back on at least 3 times. It stays on for about 5 min max. Then I have to maneuver behind me to reach the button to start it up again. (2) It does not hold its charge long and has to be recharged when not in use. (3) Lastly, it cannot be used while charging. While plugged in, it does not work. Knowing all that, I make it work for me, since it does feel wonderful and is worth the annoyances. Update…unfortunately I’m adding a 4th complaint. That will bring it down to 3 stars. The cord that charges the massager broke this morning. It is a USBC cord and the small silver tip bent and broke off. Now I will have to purchase another cord. I’ve had the massager for about a month now. Second Update…The company reached out to me to try to make it right. They offered to reimburse me or replace the device. I am very impressed with them and the pride they take in their products and care about their customers. Not many businesses would do that.

This thing is amazing! I’ve tried a few massagers before but nothing comes close to how good this one feels. The cordless design is a game changer, I can use it on the couch, at my desk, or even in the car without being stuck to an outlet. The massage itself is nice and firm, almost like real hands working out the knots, and the heat makes it extra relaxing. I like that I can move it around to hit my lower back, shoulders, or even my calves, and the handle makes it easy to hold in place. The battery lasts plenty long for multiple uses before recharging, which is super convenient. It’s become part of my daily routine.

Worked wonders on my back! Also, after knee replacement surgery two years ago, the muscle above my knee has always been tight and uncomfortable. No amount of exercise or walking helped. I used this massager above my knee, and no more tightness. I now use it daily to keep my back and knee loose and comfortable.

I put off buying this for a few months and let it sit in my Amazon cart because I felt like I didn’t really need it. I was wrong. What a great product, helps with my back, calf muscles, and shoulder tension. Incredible product. Battery life is great and it is easy to use and carry around the house or even on a road trip. Have purchased an additional one for a relative and sent the info to many friends (two of whom have also purchased). Everyone loves it.

Sadly no where in the information provided on-line does it say this should not be used by anyone with/or have had a herniated disc. When we received the item and my husband read the instructions, this was stated in the users guide. I believe this instruction should be clearly stated in the shopping information. Could not be used therefore cannot comment on this aspect of the item.

Ich benutze den Massager erst seit zwei Tagen, bin aber schon sehr angetan. Die Bedienung ist total einfach – einschalten, anlegen und entspannen. Die Massage ist kräftig, aber trotzdem angenehm, besonders im Nacken. Die Wärmefunktion macht das Ganze noch wohltuender, und schon nach den ersten Anwendungen habe ich gemerkt, wie die Verspannung etwas nachlässt. Der Stoff fühlt sich weich und angenehm auf der Haut an und wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet. Praktisch finde ich auch, dass er über USB-C geladen wird und sehr leicht ist. So kann man ihn problemlos auf dem Sofa oder im Bett verwenden. Insgesamt ein richtig guter erster Eindruck.
