There are several defects of this product:Except the small stand, and the pipe, which appears to be of a good quality, EVERYTHING else is of EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY PLASTIC. The plastic is extremely fragile.The stand is too low and once you remove the pipe from the factory winding, re-winding it back again is not possible unless you spend hours ensuring that the pipe is extremely properly wound on the wheel. Once it is used for gardening, the resultant inevitable mud makes it even more difficult to wind it. So when one winds it back just normally, without trying to be like a factory re-wind, the whole length will not be wound back because of the VERY VERY VERY LOW STAND.The wheel and the handle to turn it are of EXTREMELY POOR PLASTIC AND LIABLE TO BREAK ANYTIME.The regulator at the end of the pipe DID NOT LAST EVEN ONE DAY. Right from the word go, it was leaking at several positions and within 15 minutes of using it, it stopped working altogether and water started sprouting from all over the regulator and one could not stop the water - the REGULATOR STOPPED WORKING.The defects of this product can be summarised as under:1. ALL CONNECTORS ARE OF EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY EXTREMELY FRAGILE PLASTIC2. The stand is very very low and one has to squat on the floor to operate the wheel for re-winding the pipe on it.3. Bought it for watering house plants and it does that nicely. The stand seems sturdy enough. Handle to rewind the pipe seems pretty flimsy. Might break. Same for the spray gun. Not too sure it is working correctly though. Of 7 modes, the mist seem to be not working. Its okay for us as we normally use the shower mode. The tap connector is hopeless. After 2 - 3 uses, the rubber casing to grip the tap is breaking, leaking and getting punctured on its own. It's a massive problem because that sprays water all over the place and doesn't leave much to come out of the other end of the hose. Had to get a plumber to change the connector and replace it with a better one used for washing machines.
