Pathetic Amazon Customer Service Response
I had to return this order as the item is too small for our needs. Even after scheduling of pick-up for 5 times, it has not happened. Amazon customer care is clueless on what's happening. Instead of solving the problem, all they are trying to do is to convince the customer that somehow magically next time the product will be picked-up. I think, the quality of Amazon support has degraded now to such a low, that even a person from Leadership team has no sense of customer issue resolution.

Product is excellent with nice finishing. Only regret is, the price dropped to 1200 from 1900 the day it was delivered to me.
