Didn’t work out of the box
Very disappointed with this dishwasher and customer service. It did not work out of the box, turns out it had a bad board. Customer service was very difficult to deal with, they wanted me to pay for a local plumbing company to come diagnose the issue before working with me. **** update; I spoke with four different people from their customer service. The first guy wanted me to pay for a plumber to diagnose it. The second guy told me they were going to pay for a plumbing company to diagnose it and the company would be contacting me within two days after a week I called them back. They told me the same thing then I received another call telling me if I installed the dishwasher myself it voids all warranty. This company is a scam. Do not buy this product.

Designed For Thin Plates And Small Dishes
It seems to clean pretty well, but is smaller internally than the unit it replaced. The racks don't fit our dishes very well, because the tines are spaced too closely. The top silverware rack doesn't work with our silverware at all, and wastes a lot of space for glasses on the top rack. It can be easily removed. Note that this machine is not as deep front to back as many are, but it requires all of the space from the floor to the counter with normal cabinets. We had to relocate our water and electric supply locations from the floor to the rear wall.

Only buy if you love doing dishes
I’ve owned about 4 dishwashers in my life thus far because no one builds them to last, but this is by far the worst one. If you even walk in front of it, it will stop working. If you are reaching for something in the cabinet above it, you will turn it off. Furthermore, when the stars have aligned and I didn’t accidentally turn it off, I find myself having to rerun the same load multiple times, because you will open the dishwasher after a cycle and find the pod still there, closed, and in tack. I do NOT recommend this dishwasher unless you love doing dishes and rewashing the same load multiple times.

Never again this dishwasher
We loaded this dishwasher normally, and it doesn't clean all the dishes! 2 bowls can be side by side one gets clean the other doesn't!! The top shelf for silverware doesn't get cleaned at all. We have used the dishwasher everyday and we keep getting the same results. If I could I would return this dishwasher!!!
