False Advertising - Received Significantly Lower Specs Than Described
I am disappointed with this purchase. The product description clearly stated that this HP Victus gaming laptop would feature an Intel Core i5 13th Gen 13420H processor, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 with 6GB of GDDR6 memory, and 16GB of DDR4-3200 RAM. The listing also highlighted these specifications as key features for 'fast and efficient performance' and 'excellent gaming visuals.' However, the laptop I received is the HP Victus 15-fa0033dx, and the actual specifications are significantly different and inferior to what was advertised: * Processor: Instead of the 13th Gen i5-13420H, it has a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12450H. As the description itself acknowledges, this is a weaker processor. * Graphics Card: While it does have an RTX 3050, it only has 4GB of GDDR6 VRAM, not the advertised 6GB. This is a crucial difference for gaming performance. * RAM: The received unit has only 8GB of DDR4 RAM, half of the 16GB that was promised, impacting multitasking and potentially gameplay smoothness. The other specifications, such as the 512GB SSD and the 15.6" FHD 144Hz display, appear to be consistent. However, the discrepancies in the processor, GPU VRAM, and RAM are substantial and completely undermine the performance level I expected based on the product description. This is a clear case of misleading information and false advertising. Potential buyers need to be aware that the listed specifications are not what they might receive. The seller absolutely needs to include the specific model number (HP Victus 15-fa0033dx in this case) in their product description to avoid this kind of bait-and-switch. I will be seeking a return/refund due to this significant misrepresentation."

Very good price for performance, was shipped before time, runs most games smoothly, loud speakers good mic, very good build quality but the specs listed was not what I got
