This product does not contain any ingredients which treat the fungal infection. This is a preventative product and so the advertisement is inaccurate. This just stops moisture which can prevent it from happening or coming back. But it does not get rid of the infection and so even if it goes away, it could come back as it has not been treated.

The seal on the top of the product does not peel off you need to use hot water and a sharp knife
If you want to keep your fingers do not buy this product you have to use boiling hot water and a very Sharp knife to remove the seal before you can use this product. The seal does not just peal off as stated.
