Why does this ad say these are women's pants, and then in the size chart, describe them as "teen girl pants?" Are they cut really tiny?

I don't know why it says "teen girl Pants", but they are a good fit and so comfortable! Soft, non-binding and look great with my tops. I say order your usual size and then go back and order more after finding out how fantastic these are. I love mine
