Great KT tape, and it sticks really well. The people who said it ripped skin off when taking it off obviously pulled it off when it was dry. If you soak in a hot bath or shower, it peels off easily so it doesn't rip your body parts off. And being pre-cut saves time too.

Having just bought a more expensive brand, the difference in quality of it compared to this brand is night and day. The new role I got is easier to cut when curving each end and it's got a much better stretch and sticks FAR better. It just feels more premium to touch and in the skin. You don't feel like it's there,it's like a second skin, but still doe the job. This brand you get a decent amount for the money, but it's thicker and harder to manipulate into the skin and it also doesn't last long before the edges peel away. I thought having them precut would be helpful, but it actually results in a lot of waste and cuts you end up binning, so even though you get three roles, much if it is discarded (for me anyway). Three stars for price I guess... But you get what you pay for.

Great tape and handy that it’s pre cut. Never had it come off or roll up like some other cheaper tape I’ve tried. I change the tape every 48 hours so skin can breath / shower etc. Excellent and 5 stars.

I used the beige coloured Tape for an hour whilst I exercised and it burnt my skin after being removed. It left red marks and patterns on my skin, where the tape was, and is still there after 24 hours, who knows how long it will take to disappear! It also left sticky residue, and after 3 showers I have been unsuccessful in removing it all, my legs are too sore from the damage of the tape to scrub my legs to get the sticky residue off. I have previously used the blue tape similar to this (not this one) and had no issues with it. I would not recommend this product and would give it zero stars if I could.

I just ordered more. I hurt my knee (bursa sac) and these take A LOT of pain away. They offer a lot of support and I walk way better with them. I like the blue but wish they had cuter colors like pink or purple. They are really strong. Also, you cannot cut these easily... I tried to be cheap and cut them but that ended badly. TIPS: 1. Watch videos on how to use these. 2. DON'T use just after a shower or putting product on your skin like lotion. Wait at least an hour. 3. Try not to touch the sticky back. I use my nail to get an edge then pull half off the paper off and then fold that half of paper backing down. Apply that freed edge where you need it and apply it without stretching the tape. You stretch the middle over your area of issue and then lay down the rest without stretching the tape. When all is done, only the middle of the tape is stretched over the injured area. 4. Make sure you gently rub them after you put them on... especially edges. They adhere better and your clothes won't pull them up as quickly. NOTE: you will get some edges that will pop up, but for the most part, they stay down where you need it.
