Love this oven
I'm having a lot of fun making pizzas in this oven. It works great and you can not beat the price. I lost a screen that's inside the burner so I emailed the company to purchase a replacement, and they are sending me one at no charge.

Excellent pizza.
This was a gift for my husband. He LOVES it. It makes excellent pizza and steak. He did find that blocks of wood work better than pellets. If we were to upgrade, it would be for an oven that self rotates. This is a great budget oven or one for starting the pizza oven journey. It cooks fairly quick, but does take some time to heat to temperature.

Great oven for the casual weekend family pizza night.

Worth the money but takes some practice using it
Definitely use premade crust unless you’re experienced in using a pizza oven. Cooks too fast for homemade dough, it didn’t have time to cook all the way through. Pizza was very good though, will just need to experiment more.

Pizza oven is a 10, Vevor store and Ontrac delivery is 0 zero
The shipment was dropped on the stairs of another house in Brisbane about 2 blocks from my house. Ontrac delivery failed: failed first delivery attempt to a business, 3 days to get it redelivered, waited 45 minutes in chat (365 people ahead of me), chat rep did not answer my questions and dumped the chat session, customer service phone number disconnects on dial, delivered to wrong address. Pizza oven looks fine. Frustrating customer service and delivery service is not worth the frustration. -Frank

Terrible support
Arrived damaged stone cracked. This was due both to the poor packaging design and poor package handling. However, when I contacted Vevor Support I was truly annoyed. They simply entered a ticket and in .4 days “I may be offered solutions”. This useless support.

Bien mais pas facile
Très bien mais pas facile d’utilisation malheureusement. Beaucoup de fumée, difficile à monter en temperature puis trop chaud…

Mein erster Pizzaofen
Geliefert wurde der Ofen einen Tag vor dem angekündigten Datum. Unbeschädigt!! Zunächst ist es erforderlich diverse Kleinteile wie Klappfüsse, Ofenrohr usw. zu befestigen. Dazu benötigte Schrauben und Werkzeuge sind dem Paket beigelegt. Alles in allem ist der Zusammenbau intuitiv machbar für jedermann. Trotzdem ist noch eine gut lesbare Aufbauanleitung im Karton enthalten. Den ersten Pizzaversuch hab ich mit Pizzateig vom Discounter durchgeführt und bin begeistert. Innerhalb von 90 Sekunden war die Pizza fertig. Geschmeckt hat sie obendrein. Leicht rauchig durch den Pellet Gebrauch. Es sei allerdings angemerkt das sich der Umgang mit so einer Pizzaschaufel (nicht im Lieferumfang) als nicht ganz einfach herausgestellt hat. Dafür kann aber der Ofen nix und mit ein bisschen Übung kann es nur besser werden. Alles in allem hab ich jetzt einen wertigen Ofen für einen angemessenen Preis.
