This product has a very clever design and it’s adjustable in size and height. It takes a short time to get used to it in your shoes but when you do it feels comfortable and does the job perfectly.

Does what it needs to do. I was cosplaying a tall character and I'm not, so I got these and experienced being six foot tall. Nice. Hurt after a few hours I have to be honest but I was using the maximum lift and I just started rock climbing so my toes are sensitive anyway. If you just want an extra inch or so I doubt it'd hurt at all. Great for my purposes, I just wouldn't wear them every day.

They did exactly what they said. Easy fit and comfortable. However just be a short king and remember you don’t need em.

These give you so much height but you would have to wear a specially made shoe, or a shoe 4 times larger to fit all three layers into your shoe.I manage with just one, which gives me a good inch and a bit of confidence. The other problem I find is that, although they are high enough, they aren't wide enough. Mine keep moving to one side of my shoe so I can feel and edge rubbing on my soles, which can get uncomfortable. IF they were slightly wider, and allowed you to trim off the excess for those with narrower feet then they would be a 5*

These fit my motorbike boots perfectly without having to trim to size. I only needed to use 2 of the height extenders to achieve the extra height I needed. They are extremely comfortable and now I can ‘flat foot’ when I’m on my Kawasaki Versys giving me the extra stability that I needed. A fantastic cheap & highly recommended fix!!

These insoles are terrible!they must be made to put into a very deep shoe because i dont believe a person with a normal trainer would be able to put these in and walk properly. This is a joke and to read so many peoples reviews on how good they are i just cant believe. Sorry but if it had a zero star i would give it that!

Works well for boots although a slight uncomfortable however it won’t fit in trainers or vans which are more for everyday use without your heels coming out

Having a shortage of approximately 2 inches in my left leg, I found these insoles excellent for making up my imbalance. Due to only needing them for one side and them being sold as a pair, I managed to actually use them to adapt three pairs of my shoes. I found they stay in place really well and are comfortable.
